Oudrie Configuration
Oudrie Rules:
If "Approved" column contains pending/blank statuses, Oudrie stops to ask for complete reviews.
If some tasks have already run (have timestamps) but others are pending, with no approval status, Oudrie resumes by executing only the pending ones.
If tasks are fully reviewed and some are rejected ("No"), Oudrie runs on only the rejected ones with feedback.
If all tasks are approved ("Yes"), Oudrie archives and clears them for the next batch.
